La Villana Bianco Vallegara 2023

A blend from our estate vineyard planted in 2018. A field blend of Procanico, Malvasia Bianca and Roscetto. The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for a week before pressing; they then complete fermentation in resin tanks. Aromatic, with notes of herbs and Mediterranean scrub. 12% alc.
