A blend of Procanico, Moscato, with touches of Malvasia and Roscetto. Procanico, Malvasia and Roscetto were harvested together, destemmed and macerated for a week. The Moscato was destemmed and gently pressed over six hours. After the completion of the fermentations, the wines were blended. A wine that lives serenely outside the box. Fiberglass only. 12% alc.
